Samantha Gaspardo, segretaria. Aurora Giannotti, consulente immobiliare. Barbara Mattei, infermiera. Elisabetta Menici, farmacista. Dania Pratelli, infermiera. Monica Rombai, veterinaria. Narciso Belfiore, pensionato (ex bancario). Giampaolo Chiellini, artigiano. Giovanni Consani, medico.
ROME, ITALY –
Media OutReach Newswire
– 25 May 2026 – The Rainforest Children’s Choir and Rainforest Large-Leaf Tea from Wuzhishan, Hainan, China, took centre stage at the International Tea Day event held at the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) headquarters in Rome on May 21, becoming the occasion’s most sought-after presence.

The children performed an original song “Lishan Tea Song” and a rendition of the beloved Italian classic “O Sole Mio,” drawing a captivated crowd. Among the audience were Qu Dongyu, Director-General of the FAO, and Zhang Lubiao, China’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the UN Agencies in Rome.

“It is the first time a Chinese delegation has performed in this banquet hall. I feel very proud,” Zhang said at the event. “The Wuzhishan delegation will leave an important mark in the history of the FAO.”

The day marked the seventh International Tea Day, and the FAO hosted a tea tasting gathering at its Rome headquarters. Countries including China, Indonesia, Canada, Kenya, Azerbaijan, Russia, Sri Lanka, and Türkiye showcased their signature teas and cultural traditions, sharing tea as a bridge of friendship.

The Wuzhishan delegation set up a display area featuring Rainforest Large-Leaf Tea and ethnic cultural products. Tea masters brewed tea for international guests, and the large-leaf black tea, known for its “amber liquor and honey aroma,” was widely appreciated.

Hainan Large-Leaf Tea is a distinct species of the Camellia genus that evolved independently on Hainan Island and possesses rich genetic diversity. The research findings, published on the journal Agrobiodiversity on May 17, 2024, further enhance the tea’s unique appeal.

The delegation also held business talks with Italian companies, exploring tea product exports and cross-border e-commerce cooperation, and mapping out pathways for Hainan’s tea industry to enter the international market.

The International Tea Day is a UN observance initiated by China, aimed at promoting global tea culture exchange and the sustainable development of the tea industry. Through song and tea, the Wuzhishan delegation showcased the unique cultural charm of the Hainan Free Trade Port, injecting fresh energy into China-Italy cultural exchanges.

New vertical leadership accelerate Hyland’s push to automate the high-stakes, high-friction work that regulated industries have never been able to touch

CLEVELAND, May 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Hyland, a global leader in enterprise content management (ECM) and the pioneer of the content-powered agentic enterprise, today announced the expansion of its product leadership team with six vertical and cross-industry appointments. The move deepens Hyland’s investment in the regulated, content-rich industries it has served for more than 30 years, as those industries accelerate their move toward intelligent, autonomous operations.

For three decades, Hyland has helped highly regulated organizations manage, govern, and operationalize their most critical content.
“In highly regulated industries, AI success isn’t about experimentation—it’s about trust, compliance, and measurable outcomes,” said Michael Campbell, chief product officer at Hyland. “Our expanded product leadership reflects our conviction that the future of the agentic enterprise will be built on industry-specific context, AI‑native content foundations, and the operational rigor our customers depend on. That is where Hyland has always invested, and where we are investing next.”

Built for Regulated, Content-Rich Industries

Industries like healthcare, financial services, insurance, education, and government run on documents, records, and content that must be accurate, secure, auditable, and available at the right moment.
PREMIO INTERNAZIONALE FAIR PLAY MENARINI: IL TROFEO A TRE GIOVANI CAMPIONI DI CORAGGIO E UMANITÀ

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

LONGGANG, China, May 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Dinto Solar, a specialist in n-type heterojunction (HJT) solar technology, will present its latest high-efficiency PV modules at Intersolar Europe (Booth A1. 230) from June 23–25 in Munich, Germany.

At the exhibition, Dinto Solar will showcase its next-generation 1/3-cut HJT modules, available in three formats and designed to deliver improved system performance across diverse application scenarios. Featuring bifaciality of up to 98%, the modules provide strong rear-side power generation and stable energy yield under variable irradiation conditions. A 94.59% active-area ratio and power output of up to 765 W further enhance light utilization and support higher system-level energy production efficiency.

Beyond efficiency gains, the 1/3-cut architecture enhances mechanical reliability at the module level. Flexible interconnection structures distribute stress more evenly across smaller cells, reducing the risk of microcracks, while optimized hot-spot control and advanced encapsulation further improve operational safety, resistance to moisture and environmental stress. These features support stable long-term field performance and lower lifecycle costs.

To address evolving PV deployment requirements in Europe, Dinto Solar will also present its vertical HJT solutions, targeting applications such as agri-PV, building-integrated fencing, and roadside infrastructure. As land constraints and permitting challenges influence project development, vertical installations enable dual land use while minimizing site preparation requirements.

Vertical PV systems can also reduce losses from dust accumulation and snow coverage. Their dual-peak generation profile better aligns with intraday electricity demand and pricing dynamics, improving revenue yield and overall project viability in European markets.

Through continuous innovation in HJT technology and product engineering, Dinto Solar aims to provide global customers with high-efficiency PV solutions tailored to evolving market demands. The company remains focused on advancing module performance, reliability, and application flexibility to support the long-term growth of sustainable energy worldwide.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

LONDON, May 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Connected fitness bikes often require ongoing monthly subscriptions long after the hardware purchase, but the new Merach S29R2 takes a different approach. It combines self-powered operation, smart auto-resistance, and optional app connectivity, including support for popular third-party platforms like Zwift and Kinomap, without locking core functionality behind a mandatory subscription. Designed for flexible home use, it keeps workouts accessible and subscription-free.

Cordless Freedom for Any Room

What sets the S29R2 apart from other smart bikes is its independence from power outlets. Using an integrated generator system, the bike converts pedaling energy into the power needed to operate its electronics and onboard display — eliminating the need for wall outlets, charging cables, or battery replacements.

With the first pedal stroke, the LCD display activates automatically, showing performance data including time, speed, distance, calories burned, and resistance level. Combined with front transport wheels and a cordless setup, the bike can be easily moved from room to room, whether for a quick workout in the living room or a longer ride by the balcony window.

Smart Resistance That Responds in Real Time

Instead of relying on a traditional manual tension knob, the S29R2 uses an electronic resistance system controlled through onboard display buttons or app-based workout programs. The remaining mechanical knob functions exclusively as a braking and emergency-stop control.

When connected to compatible virtual cycling platforms, the bike automatically adjusts resistance to match terrain changes in real time, responding in under three seconds to simulate climbs, descents, and changing riding conditions. The system also includes seven preset automatic training programs.

Designed for Everyday Home Fitness

The Merach S29R2 launched on April 26, 2026, and is available through merachfit.de at a recommended retail price (RRP) of €659.99. Pricing may vary on Amazon.

New platform combines SeRo’s GRX receiver hardware with SecureTrack MLAT and ADS-B technologies to deliver integrated airport surface surveillance

Designed to support safe and efficient airport surface operations with enhanced situational awareness

FRANKFURT, Germany, May 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — SeRo Systems, a leader in air traffic surveillance security and monitoring solutions, today announced the expansion of its portfolio with the MLX1090, a new Surface MLAT System for integration into Advanced Surface Movement Guidance and Control Systems (A-SMGCS). Developed in accordance with EUROCAE ED-117A and ED-129B standards, the platform provides continuous monitoring and tracking to support operational awareness and separation of aircraft and ground vehicles across active airport movement areas.

Drawing on SeRo’s proven airspace and ground monitoring technologies, MLX1090 integrates GRX receiver hardware with SecureTrack software, combining their high-precision multilateration (MLAT) and ADS-B surveillance capabilities into a unified operational picture. This allows A-SMGCS systems to continuously track aircraft and ground vehicle positions, giving controllers and airport operators real-time safety alerting and situational awareness across the airfield and surrounding terminal airspace. Running on a dedicated on-premises server independent of external cloud services and backed by SeRo’s maintenance and support, the system offers regional, general aviation, and commercial airports a secure, cost-effective solution for integrated surface surveillance and tracking.

“Airports today face mounting pressure to improve surface safety and operational resilience while controlling infrastructure costs,” said Markus Fuchs, CTO and CISO of SeRo Systems. “Our MLX1090 is a natural evolution of the airspace and ground monitoring technology we’ve refined over more than a decade. By integrating our GRX receivers with our MLAT and real-time analytics capabilities, we’ve engineered a scalable, cost-effective solution that makes advanced surveillance capabilities available to smaller airports.”

Currently undergoing field trials at a German regional airport, the MLX1090 extends SeRo’s broader portfolio of airspace surveillance, RF spectrum monitoring, and GNSS interference detection technologies already trusted by ANSPs, regulators, and aviation authorities across Europe and the United States.

About SeRo Systems

Headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, SeRo Systems provides technology and engineering expertise to monitor and ensure the security and safety of air navigation and surveillance services and support spectrum and regulatory compliance. SeRo’s solutions support Air Navigation Service Providers, aviation authorities, and regulatory agencies across Europe and beyond.

Mono-Material Innovation Redefining Protection, Design, and Circularity

Setting a New Standard for Material Safety: BPA/S/F-Free. Formulated without PFAS.

TAIPEI, May 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — RHINOSHIELD, the global leader in protective tech accessories, proudly announces that its latest innovation, the AirX—an ultimate air-cushioned impact-resistant phone case—has concurrently won the 2026 iF Design Award and the Red Dot Design Award. This dual recognition underscores RHINOSHIELD’s leadership in materials engineering, product design, and sustainable innovation.

The iF Design Award is one of the world’s most prestigious design honors, evaluating entries based on product concept, user experience, structural design, material application, and sustainability. Standing out among nearly 10,000 entries from 68 countries, the AirX’s victory signifies more than just aesthetic excellence; it represents a triumph in structural thinking and execution quality, as verified by an international jury of 129 independent design experts.

Furthermore, AirX has been honored with the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2026, one of the world’s most renowned design competitions. The Red Dot distinction represents exceptional design quality, evaluated by an independent international jury through a rigorous, submission-by-submission assessment process. This recognition not only reinforces RHINOSHIELD’s commitment to precision engineering and craftsmanship, but also underscores the brand’s dedication to advancing design excellence at a global standard. Today, the “Red Dot” label stands as one of the most sought-after international marks of quality in product design—further affirming AirX as a benchmark in both performance and design integrity.

CIRCULAR. WITHOUT COMPROMISE.

Guided by the core principle of “Mono-material Design,” AirX shatters the traditional trade-off between performance and sustainability. It proves that circular design is not a compromise but a higher form of innovation. Its exclusive Internal Damage Protection System acts like an airbag for your phone; featuring a multi-layered structure, it isolates up to 81% of impact forces, significantly reducing the risk of internal hardware damage.

With 360° full-coverage air cushions and integrated buttons, the AirX provides comprehensive buffering against side impacts. Its overall durability has been enhanced by up to 30 times, allowing it to withstand repeated impacts without degrading protection. Ergonomically designed with dual-side pressure-relief air chambers and a streamlined grip, the AirX embodies the philosophy of “Truth to Materials, Form Follows Function,” presenting a futuristic, air-functional aesthetic. AirX proves that protection, design, and sustainability can reach their pinnacle simultaneously.

Mono-material Design: RHINOSHIELD’s Answer to the Circular Economy

As global circularity policies and sustainability regulations continue to evolve, plastic is no longer viewed merely as a material issue, but as a challenge for systemic governance. Across the globe, regulatory bodies are increasingly implementing “Extended Producer Responsibility” (EPR), urging manufacturers to prioritize life-cycle management. This shift encourages the adoption of mono-material designs, easy disassembly, and the use of recycled content to drastically reduce reliance on virgin resources.

Most consumer plastic products remain difficult to recycle due to complex composite materials that are nearly impossible to separate. Recognizing this barrier, RHINOSHIELD proactively adopted a Mono-material Design strategy in 2017, eliminating recycling obstacles at the source to ensure its entire phone case lineup is 100% recyclable. Following the 2022 launch of its comprehensive recycling ecosystem and the 2024 debut of the SolidX Circular (crafted from recycled phone case waste), the 2025/26 AirX continues to set new industry standards—proving that high-performance protection and circular innovation can go hand in hand on a global scale.

Company highlights international growth strategy, expanding structural heart portfolio, and commercialization priorities

PARIS, May 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Venus Medtech convened its inaugural Global Partner Summit in Paris under the theme “Insights, Innovation, Impact,” bringing together distributors and commercial partners to discuss the company’s international growth strategy, structural heart portfolio expansion, and long-term commercialization priorities.

The event marked a milestone in Venus Medtech’s efforts to strengthen alignment with its global partner network as the company continues to expand its presence across international markets.

Opening the summit, David Bréant, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Venus Medtech, reflected on the company’s evolution from an emerging innovator to a growing player in the global structural heart market, emphasizing the importance of clinical collaboration, product quality, and long-term execution.

Hou-Sen Lim, General Manager and CEO of Venus Medtech, outlined the company’s strategic roadmap, highlighting progress across its transcatheter valve portfolio as well as upcoming regulatory and commercial milestones. He said the company is continuing to evolve from a product-focused organization into a multi-platform structural heart company spanning multiple valve therapies.

A featured session led by Prof. Francesco Maisano, Chief of Cardiac Surgery and Director of the Valve Clinic at IRCCS San Raffaele University Hospital, focused on the development of Cardiovalve and the growing demand for transcatheter treatment options for mitral regurgitation (MR) and tricuspid regurgitation (TR).

The presentation highlighted several design features of the Cardiovalve system, including single-step transfemoral access, a unified platform for both mitral and tricuspid procedures, a low-profile design intended to reduce left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) obstruction risk, and an adaptive sealing mechanism designed to minimize paravalvular leak (PVL). According to the presentation, current device sizing is expected to address approximately 85% of the target patient population.

The session also underscored increasing clinical and commercial interest in therapies targeting the tricuspid valve, often referred to within the industry as the “forgotten valve” due to historically limited treatment options.

“International expansion remains a core strategic priority for Venus Medtech,” said Hou-Sen Lim. “Following the international commercialization of Venus P-Valve, we are advancing the clinical, regulatory, and commercialization pathways for Venus-PowerX, Venus-Vitae, and Cardiovalve. We remain focused on building long-term clinical credibility and strengthening our presence in the global structural heart market through a broader and increasingly diversified product portfolio.”

He added that the company continues to invest in local commercial capabilities, service infrastructure, and market-specific expertise to support growth across key international markets.

About Venus Medtech

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

SEOUL, South Korea, May 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Sky Labs (CEO Jack ByungHwan Lee) announced on the 26th that its ring-type cuffless blood pressure monitor, ‘CART BP pro,’ has been officially integrated into the ‘2026 Korean Society of Hypertension Guidelines for the Management of Hypertension (6th Edition).’

This marks the first time in the world that a ring-type blood pressure monitor, which measures blood pressure simply by being worn on a finger without a cuff that compresses the arm, has been included in official hypertension treatment guidelines. With this, Korea has become the first country among global healthcare systems to incorporate cuffless blood pressure measurement technology into mainstream clinical practice.

Through this revised guideline, the Korean Society of Hypertension explicitly stated the “first inclusion of cuffless blood pressure measuring devices in clinical practice” and presented them as devices that may be considered for out-of-office blood pressure monitoring. In the guideline, the recommendation class for cuffless blood pressure monitors was designated as ‘Class IIb.’

This inclusion in the treatment guidelines is also an innovative change drawing attention from the global hypertension academic community. Until now, major academic societies in the United States and Europe had maintained a cautious stance on the introduction of cuffless devices due to reasons such as the lack of standardized validation protocols and differences in accuracy among devices. Even amid such concerns, Sky Labs’ ring-type blood pressure monitor not only showed favorable correlation with office blood pressure measured by the traditional auscultatory method, but also demonstrated a high level of accuracy comparable to standard 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) values. Based on such strong clinical evidence, the Korean Society of Hypertension decided to make the world’s first official recommendation.

The Korean Society of Hypertension (KSH) formalized the clinical protocols for ‘out-of-office blood pressure measurement’ for patients with prehypertension and high-risk groups requiring intensive blood pressure control. First, it set the target blood pressure for patients with diabetes, chronic kidney disease, cerebral infarction (accompanied by stroke), and high-risk hypertension at a more stringent ‘below 130/80 mmHg’ than before and presented risk-based drug treatment guidelines. In addition, for the ‘prehypertension’ patient group, which is highly likely to progress to hypertension, it also specified the recommendation to actively consider ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) or home blood pressure measurement in order to determine whether masked hypertension is present.

As the need for 24-hour monitoring is thus expanding even to patients with prehypertension, the wearable ‘ring-type cuffless blood pressure monitor,’ which can be worn without interfering with daily life, is emerging as a practical alternative in clinical settings. This is because it can precisely track the risks of ‘nocturnal hypertension’ and ‘morning hypertension,’ which are difficult to detect through one-time office measurements alone, as well as ‘resistant hypertension,’ which is difficult to treat.

According to a domestic study cited in the guideline, the frequency of nocturnal hypertension, defined as blood pressure of 120/70 mmHg or higher during sleep, reaches about 18–23% of the general population. In particular, 92.6% of patients with nocturnal hypertension were classified as having masked hypertension, appearing to have normal blood pressure in everyday circumstances, and were found to have a higher risk of cardiovascular disease, including increased arterial stiffness and left ventricular hypertrophy, compared with the normotensive group. In addition, morning hypertension, defined as morning blood pressure of 135/85 mmHg or higher, was also reported at 15.9% in a domestic study of patients with hypertension and was pointed out as a major risk factor for cardiovascular events.

To more precisely evaluate high‑risk conditions such as nocturnal and morning hypertension, the Society recommends 24‑hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and presents ring‑type cuffless blood pressure monitors as a clinical tool for out‑of‑office blood pressure monitoring. In particular, the Society noted the ring-type cuffless monitor as an innovative alternative to overcome the longstanding clinical limitations of conventional cuff-type ABPMs—such as the inconvenience of 24-hour wear, repetitive compression pain, and resulting sleep disturbances, which often disrupted effective nighttime readings.

According to research cited in the guidelines, the ring‑type cuffless blood pressure monitor met the accuracy requirements of the international standard (ISO 81060‑2:2018) in comparative clinical trials against standard 24‑hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM), maintaining a mean error within 5 mmHg and a standard deviation within 8 mmHg during both day and night, and thus demonstrated its clinical usefulness.

Sky Labs’ ‘CART BP pro’ analyzes blood pressure data collected through photoplethysmography (PPG) using AI deep learning technology, enabling 24-hour measurement during daily life or sleep with minimal discomfort. As a result, it is regarded as an alternative that can precisely evaluate a patient’s blood pressure variability and innovatively improve the accuracy of hypertension diagnosis and treatment.

Based on such clinical excellence, ‘CART BP pro’ succeeded in becoming the first ring-type blood pressure monitor to receive national health insurance reimbursement under South Korea’s National Health Insurance (NHI) system in June 2024. Since its reimbursement entry, it has been prescribed more than 250,000 times in frontline medical settings up to now and is being actively used at 1,920 hospitals and clinics nationwide, including tertiary general hospitals.

Jack ByungHwan Lee, CEO of Sky Labs, emphasized, “The inclusion of ‘CART BP pro’ in the KSH guidelines demonstrates that Korea is leading the global clinical standard for cuffless blood pressure technology. Leveraging this unparalleled clinical evidence and our successful domestic adoption, we will now accelerate overseas regulatory approvals to establish a new global standard in hypertension management.”

About Sky Labs https://skylabs.io/en/

Founded in September 2015, Sky Labs is a healthcare company that develops and operates “CART”, a ring-type medical device and platform for monitoring chronic disease patients. Since the first CART was developed in 2020 for atrial fibrillation monitoring using cardiac signals from optical sensors, the company has expanded its capabilities. In 2023, Sky Labs received medical device approval for “CART BP pro,” a ring-type monitor designed for 24-hour blood pressure measurement. In 2024, CART BP pro was recognized by the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) under the existing medical procedure of ’24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring’ (reimbursement code ‘E6547’), and is currently being prescribed in hospitals and clinics across Korea. Furthermore, in September 2025, the company launched “CART BP,” a consumer-grade ring-type blood pressure monitor, which is available through its official online store and various other online channels.
